Important Notice for Orders Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you choose to ship your order to multiple addresses, a few important differences apply compared to standard single-address checkout:
- Delivery dates are set per address.
- After selecting Ship to Multiple Addresses, your delivery date is configured individually for each shipment by clicking the "Edit" link next to each item.
- Gift messages can be added for each address during the final checkout step.

Each address is treated as a separate shipment. This means:
- Each address selects its own shipping method, and shipping rates are calculated separately based on the order total for each destination.
- Discount codes apply per shipment, not per order.
If your order ships to multiple addresses:
- Discount codes apply to one shipment at a time.
- A single-use code will affect only one shipping group, not the full combined total.

These behaviors are part of how our multi-address shipping system works and ensure that each recipient receives their gift with accurate delivery timing and fulfillment.
Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49, per delivery address. Orders below this amount (per delivery address) will benefit from our standard flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00.
You can expect delivery within 3–5 business days for both free and standard shipping options.
Guidelines:
- For maximum freshness and enjoyment, Items are shipped from the closest warehouse to the shipping address. Items shipping from each warehouse are grouped as a separate order for shipping calculations.
- You must select Standard Shipping at checkout to qualify for flat-rate or free shipping.
- Only orders shipped via Standard Parcel within the Continental United States are eligible for free or flat-rate shipping.
- This offer does not apply to Express delivery.
- Preorders and backorders: Shipping charges for these items are applied individually, as they ship when requested or when available. Preorders and backorders do not count toward the total of your in-stock order.
Cold Pack Shipping (Chocolate)
When conditions require it to guarantee preservation, all orders containing chocolate are shipped via an expedited 1–2 business day service with a mandatory cold pack. This ensures your treats arrive fresh and protected from the heat. This includes $7 standard shipping plus an additional cold pack fee:

- Express shipping delivery is typically 1-2 business days.
- Bonnie & Pop does not guarantee exact delivery times, as we rely on third-party carriers.
- Delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other external factors may impact express delivery. If a package arrives later than expected, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping times are calculated in business days (weekdays, excluding holidays) after order processing.
